Seep Point Motors have the advantage of being easy to fix under the baseboard. requiring only a small slot to operate the point. The PM-4 is a self-latching point motor, ideal for use with hand-made points, and also includes a changeover switch for operating accessories or changing frog polarity.

The motor measures 54mm (length) by 12mm (width) by 12mm (height) and the drive rod is 41mm (length). It requires a 16v AC power supply.
