Heljan 1054 ZDA Open Wagon Civil Link Departmental.
There were 900 of the OAA open wagons built from 1971 onwards. They are all purpose BR TOPS OAA/ZDA wagons.
They can be used with BR class 03/20/25/26/31/33/37/40/45/47/50/56/60 locomotives.
