Peco NB-80 Manyways Locomotive Depot / Engine Shed N Gauge Plastic Kit

The Peco NB-80 Manyways Train Shed Unit Kit consists of detailed plastic parts moulded in correct colours to build one complete Train Shed Unit spanning two tracks (track not included).

The shed is long enough to house two of the longest BR diesel and electric locomotives or a couple of Virgin Pendolino coaches. There are many ways in which the kits can be joined together to form the maintenance depot of your choice. A single unit would be enough for a small two road diesel shed, whilst eight or nine kits end to end could house two complete high speed multiple unit trains.

This easily assembled kit includes full illustrated instructions. It measures 168mm (length) by 73mm (width).

In addition to serving your railway’s needs, the Train Shed Unit Kit is also invaluable to modellers whose layouts need factories, warehousing or trade retail units. Structures like these can be found all around the modern railway, often next to running lines on ex-railway land. A project that may require no more work than repainting the main doors and adding some advertising signage to the outside.

Six NB-80 Train Shed kits joined together would provide a spectacular centrepiece to any modern model mpd (motive power depot), particularly if NB-56F Inspection Pits were included along its full length.
