Hornby R30052 Rail Road BR 0-4-0-Tank Engine
Looking resplendent in British Railways black livery, this small locomotive would probably have been found shunting around dockyards and hauling mixed traffic on a light railway or branch line in the countryside from around 1948-1956.
Small locomotives like this were ideal as they were easy to operate and maintain and could easily cope with tight radius curves.
