The Castle class 'Defiant' was restored in 1988 and ran many mainline steam specials. This set recreates the thrill of riding on a steam special enjoying Pullman luxury as you speed through the British countryside. The digital sound will truly bring this steam special to life!
This set contains a Castle class No.5080 'Defiant' in GWR preserved livery including DCC fitted sound, two BR Mk1 Pullman coaches, 'Ruby' and 'Car No.352'. The electrical pickup in in the tender.
It also includes a 545mm x 715mm oval track and an E-Z command digital control centre.
